Jessika, John, and Charlie met while studying at university in Manchester in 2024. United by their shared love of music and a passion for supporting the grassroots music scene, they came together to found CD Promotions.

After being set an assignment to collaborate with peers on a live event project, Jessika and John decided to organise a gig for John’s grassroots band, despite having little idea where to begin. Drawing on their small but impactful network within the industry, they successfully launched their first event in March 2026, which proved to be a great success and led to the creation of CD Promotions. With Jessika heading up operations, Charlie leading marketing, and John overseeing any artist needs, their combined talents and dedication have made CD Promotions a project they are truly proud of.
